Between the first conversation and the first frame there is a lot of work that never appears on screen. This is how we move from an idea to a shoot day.
Discover and define
We begin by asking what the work should make people feel, then build a direction document: references, mood, palette, and a short written statement of intent.
Pre-production
Casting, locations, styling, and schedule are all tested against that statement. If a choice does not serve it, it goes.
Create and refine
On set we protect the key frames and stay open to everything else. In post, we edit until nothing can be removed.
